Video Game Animation II & III – Create characters, sound effects, action and music using a programming language created by the MIT Media Lab. Once you have started, you don’t want to stop! Add to your previous video animation, or start from “Scratch” with an all new creation. New skills and creative adventures await the
experienced Scratch programmer!
If time allows also could include:
Technical Art and Design – The newest in robotics and programming fun is the PicoCricket®. Design and create creatures,
sculptures or 3-D art, then program the devices for action! Make a pet programmed to purr when someone pets it. Make a birthday cake that plays Happy Birthday when someone blows out the candles. Make a bobble-head with multiple heads that jiggle and jump on command. Your imagination is the main ingredient!
