Explore simple machines using larger LEGO® Duplo pieces, which are easier to manipulate for small hands. Projects include: Seesaw, Stamper (with multiple complex levers), Car and Launcher, Cab and Trailer, Crane and Fan (using a belt drive system). We’ll also play some fun games. Concepts include learning about levers (fulcrum, load, effort), wheels and axles pulleys (reducing friction) and gears (what, why and how).
