Course Description
Beginning CSI students will learn how to examine the physical details that lay beneath the
surface of a crime scene. Working in our Specialized TechStars lab, students will develop ultra
sensitive observation skills and learn how to create customized images of the suspects using
state of the art facial fitting software. Armed with this knowledge, they will ultimately solve the
biggest crime case of their career and begin their adventure of becoming a full-fledged
TechStars Crime Scene Investigator!
Then, take your investigation skills to the next level with Intermediate CSI. Students will
advance their CSI skills in this action packed class. We will hone our skills using UV lights to
gather evidence, examining evidence with chromatography, carrying out fingerprint analysis,
discovering the role of DNA left at a crime scene, and much more. Working in our specialized
TechStars Lab, students will be able to solve the crime scene faster than Sherlock Holmes!
