Course Description
Students will learn how to use Minecraft to develop a wide variety of soft skills with curriculum learning. They will follow a progressive story of survival on a desert island and learn to work collaboratively to survive. Gaining gradually more creative freedom as they learn the tools of Minecraft, they will work towards a common goal of solving the mystery of the island and conquering the tyrant in charge. Students will then be given complete creative freedom to develop the island as they choose.
Use Minecraft to develop computer skills such as keyboard and mouse control skills and typing skills.
Be required to work as a team to explore, design and create a village in an open environment within the realm of Minecraft. They will also learn to problem solve, collaborate and barter with one another.
